HUB DEALERS

The CNH Industrial Hub Dealer Programme is now in its third year of operations.   Its aim is to move spare parts from the national distribution warehouses to dealers’ locations strategically positioned across the country.

The EU Hub Programme will be launched in Italy, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, UK&ROI and in Portugal – the new market coming on board in 2022!   During the height of their respective agricultural seasons, 23 Hub Dealers will cover for a big range of CNHi products (e.g.: Combine, Forage and Tractors). 

Uptime is critical for the Agricultural Business!  The goal of our project is to bring all the most “critical forfunction” parts closer to our final customers, providing them with an easier access to the spare parts needed to guarantee continuity of production also during peak seasons.

The Hub Dealer will become the first CNHi supply point for Urgent Orders, to target < 24-hour fulfilment of the “critical for function” parts, in turn improving the levels of service to the Dealers and End Customers.

Thanks to the Hub Dealers, in 2021, several critical issues were handled within an amazingly short timeframe even during the highest peak of the agricultural season with great benefits for our final customers: of the more than 250 requests we received, 81% were served and shipped to the Requestor Dealers within 24 hours from the acceptance of the order.
